On this episode of rokrbox TV, rokrbox CEO & founder Josh Cunningham sits down with Teri Bowermaster of Iron Valley Real Estate. See the video below, or click this link to hear the success story from Teri herself!

[1:20] With over 15 years of real estate experience under her belt and 20 agents onboard, Teri successfully runs her own brokerage in Carlisle, PA. “One of our biggest pushes is to ensure that agents have things to set them forward, and be able to go off being more successful,” Teri explains. “Which is one of the reasons we’re talking today, because rokrbox really helped us with that.”

[2:17] Looking back, Teri recalls the issues her team faced prior to rekindling her relationship with Josh and his team. “Most of my agents were just working off their sphere of influence,” she remembers. “And obviously, that stuff takes time to cultivate.”

After attempting to remedy the problem by buying leads and handing them off to her agents, Teri became aware of an underlying issue. “Agents don’t necessarily know how to talk to somebody,” Teri explains to Josh. She goes on to say that her agents “had a real problem connecting” with people, leading her to look into options for small ISA companies.

[3:20] Teri’s efforts led to more dead ends. “We hated it,” Teri admits, laughing at the memory. “We absolutely, positively hated it. We weren’t happy with the follow-up and procedures [those companies] were putting into place.”

Limited options prompted Teri to pitch rokrbox to her fellow partners as a potential solution. “Listen, I speak from experience,” she told her team. “I worked with rokrbox for years, and their conversion rates are amazing. I really think it’s worth it for us to look at.”

[4:00] Of course, as Josh and Teri both know, there is always the discussion of price. “As a newer team, obviously, you always look at the cost,” Teri tells Josh. “You sit down and ask, ‘Is it really worth it?’ And at the end of the day, the answer is always, hands down, yes. Because if you’re not putting the money into your business, you’re never going to get it back out.”

[5:20] Josh agrees wholeheartedly, and adds that there is no “try”: you either do, or you don’t. “You either are calling these leads, or you aren’t calling these leads,” Josh elaborates. “We understand there’s a lot of work that goes into identifying these hot opportunities. We love being able to solve that problem for you.”

[6:15] After partnering with rokrbox, Teri tells listeners that Josh’s team of ISAs ended up reviving multiple leads out of their dead pond. “We’ve already closed on one, which is amazing,” she says. “We have another deal about to close that was [also] converted by rokrbox. In 3 short months, we already have 2 deals in the books.”

According to Teri’s Client Care Manager, Brady, at least 30 hot opportunities have already been handed off to the agents on her team, allowing those agents to get back to what they enjoy most: selling real estate.

[7:58] “One of the most important things to us at rokrbox is not just doing the work,” Josh explains, “but also making sure that everybody is clear and transparent as to what we are doing to make your life easier. And we do that through our rAMP-UP Coaching Program.”

[8:14] The program, an acronym for rokrbox Agent Mastery Program with Unlimited Potential, is designed to provide clients with necessary resources and best practices, equipping them to implement the tried-and-true rokrbox strategy on their own. The program takes the word unlimited even further in its ability to provide clients unlimited access to their personal Client Care Manager, who are always available to connect with their teams on a level that easily transcends a typical company-client relationship.

“For me, it’s a no-brainer,” Teri admits. “I wish we would’ve done it from the get-go. It’s not about what it’s going to cost you. It’s about what it’s going to do for your business.”

Teri has nothing but praise for Brady, the Client Care Manager who personally attends to her team. Brady and the other dedicated rokrbox Client Care Managers are responsible for running the rAMP-UP Coaching Program, a 6-month program designed to uphold consistent standards, expectations, and accountability within teams.

[8:45] “I talk to Brady at least once a week,” Teri says. “He’s always available for me. I don’t ever have to wait for a response back. If I have a concern, he’s jumping in, looking into it, figuring it out.”

The rAMP-UP Coaching Program does just that: equip all team members for success by putting clear expectations in place. Maintaining consistent procedures and accountability guarantees that, after rokrbox hands off hot leads to any agent, those motivated buyers and sellers are delivered seamlessly into the hands of a homebuying expert, helping teams maximize sales.

“Brady watches his group of ISAs at rokrbox to oversee the conversion,” Teri says, “but he’s also waiting for further follow-up from my agents once [leads] are handed off. It’s a great way to hold me accountable, to ensure that I’m holding my team accountable.”

[10:40] When asked what she would say to those considering rokrbox, Teri says, “You have to look at the bigger picture. [With rokrbox], you have a whole group of professionals who do nothing but talk to your leads, all day long. This gives you the opportunity to do what you do best, and sell real estate.”
