I started the company in 2013 because I kept hearing the same thing from Realtors:

“We have tons of leads, but no time to follow up.”

At the time, I was working with Frank Klesitz at Vyral Marketing, where I saw how powerful database follow-up could be in real estate. That’s when I recognized the gap between lead generation and lead conversion. So I decided to build the solution. So I got to work -literally out of a client’s basement- and created what would become Rokrbox.

Since then, my team and I have worked on more than 3 million internet leads for some of the top real estate teams in the country, including Lars Hedenborg, Jeff Cohn, and Spring Bengtzen. We have hired and trained over 400 Inside Sales Agents, all focused on one thing: helping our clients win.

As Rokrbox grew, I realized what truly made us different wasn’t just our systems – it was our culture. That insight led me to launch Five Star Company Culture and write my book, Culture is the Key, a blueprint for building high-performance teams that scale with purpose.

Today, I still lead Rokrbox with the same mindset that started it all:
