Our standards for company facts, examples, comparisons, source links, dates and corrections in Rokrbox’s guides and resources.
Know who is speaking.
Rokrbox publishes these resources and provides U.S.-based human ISA services. Company guides carry a Rokrbox byline. A named author’s article links to that person’s identity. Our comparisons reflect our experience and commercial perspective; they are not presented as independent vendor rankings.
Keep facts, examples and outcomes distinct.
Company facts come from Rokrbox’s approved public information. Integration descriptions link to the relevant provider documentation when available. Illustrative scripts, worksheets and decision frameworks are labeled as examples or planning tools. They are not invented customer transcripts or reported results.
A call attempt, a conversation, an accepted next step, a completed live transfer and a closing are different events. We do not treat estimated opportunity value as earned commission, or a calculator’s cost difference as guaranteed return.
Make the useful part easy to inspect.
Guides include practical definitions, checklists, tables or formulas where they help the reader make a decision. The cost calculator uses the reader’s inputs and shows its method. Source links let readers inspect the context behind specific claims.
Respect the context of a date.
An updated date identifies a substantive revision to that resource. A dated company update remains a record of its original context; an older offer, pricing reference or result should not be assumed current. Contact the team for the service scope and quote that apply to your situation.
Protect real people’s information.
Public examples should not expose private lead records, customer contact details or unapproved recordings. A hypothetical scenario is identified as such. New original research needs a defined cohort, method and permission to publish the resulting aggregate information.
